Our Classes

  • HIIT Fit is a high-intensity interval training class that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with periods of active recovery. This format is designed to maximize your workout’s effectiveness in a short amount of time

  • This high-intensity class combines resistance training with cardiovascular exercises to improve overall fitness and performance. You’ll work all major muscle groups using free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises. It is fun, challenging and offers a wide range of benefits for both physical and mental well-being.

  • A fun workout that combines martial arts movements with cardio exercises. It’s an effective way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, and build strength and coordination. Expect to punch, kick and sweat your way to a full-body workout.

  • Reformer is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a specialized reformer machine to provide resistance and stability. It focuses on core strength, flexibility, and alignment, helping to improve posture, balance, and overall body control.

  • Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s done on a mat using your body weight as resistance. Exercises are designed to improve posture, coordination, and overall body awareness.

  • Yin is a gentle practice that is slow and quiet. We focus on holding postures for an extended period (often 2-5 minutes). This allows for deep stretching of the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction. It is often practiced in a more meditative setting.

  • Bliss is such an amazing studio, it has such a lovely vibe and some amazing instructors in particular Cloe & Phoebe who are tough but you see amazing results.
