Meet Our Founders
Daniel
Dan's path to Pilates is truly unique.
With almost 20 years of intense training in Muay Thai and Tetsuryu Karate, he deeply understands how the body moves and builds strength. A pivotal ADHD diagnosis at 44 didn't just shed light on how his brain works, it also fuelled his empathy and knowledge about neurodivergent individuals. Recognizing the significant benefits of low-impact workouts for both body and mind, Dan became a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor and group fitness trainer.
He's now dedicated to helping you find your strength and balance through the precision of Pilates.
Amber
Amber is a dedicated senior Yoga instructor with a profound focus on the mind-body connection.
Fluent in both English and Chinese, she creates an inclusive environment for all her clients and makes our studio welcoming to a broader community. Her love for mindful movement extends to the Reformer Pilates, where she delights in experimenting with sessions and exploring how these movements intricately connect with our minds.
Amber's approach helps clients find harmony and deeper self-awareness through intentional practice.

New to Pilates? You're absolutely welcome — our classes are beginner-friendly!
Pilates is for everyone! You don’t have to be super flexible or strong to do pilates and enjoy it. Our instructors will customise exercises during classes to your unique capabilities to ensure you are comfortable and have fun, but we’ll also challenge you to go beyond.
