Pilates is for everyone! You don’t have to be super flexible or strong to do pilates and enjoy it. Our instructors will customise exercises during classes to your unique capabilities to ensure you are comfortable and have fun, but we’ll also challenge you to go beyond.

A fun workout that combines martial arts movements with cardio exercises. It’s an effective way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular fitness, and build strength and coordination. Expect to punch, kick and sweat your way to a full-body workout.

Reformer is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a specialized reformer machine to provide resistance and stability. It focuses on core strength, flexibility, and alignment, helping to improve posture, balance, and overall body control.

Mat Pilates is a low-impact workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. It’s done on a mat using your body weight as resistance. Exercises are designed to improve posture, coordination, and overall body awareness.

Yin is a gentle practice that is slow and quiet. We focus on holding postures for an extended period (often 2-5 minutes). This allows for deep stretching of the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction. It is often practiced in a more meditative setting.
