A modestly paced workout focusing on fundamentals and technique – key elements to maximising the benefits of reformer pilates. Suitable for clients less familiar with reformer pilates, seeking a moderately paced reformer class or for experienced users wanting to realign their technique.

Intermediate Reformer
A more intense workout that incorporates a wider and more challenging range of exercises. Recommended for clients who are experienced in reformer pilates or are simply after a challenging workout.

Pilates ARC
Pilates ARC
Our Arc class focuses on spinal articulation, enhancing coordination & balance, creating breath awareness, deep abdominal strength, alleviating back pain, improving posture, flexibility and spinal alignment. You will leave the class feeling taller, stronger and more energised.
Our Arc classes are designed to be open level, meaning all you need is to have a basic understanding of pilates movement and exercises, but Arc is also ideal for more experienced practitioners! Arc adds great variety and challenge to your mat repertoire.

Mat Pilates
Basic Mat
Like our Basic Reformer classes, our Basic Mat Pilates classes focus on mastering fundamentals and technique to maximise the benefits, all at a more moderate pace. Suitable for clients less familiar with pilates, seeking a moderately paced class or for experienced users wanting to realign their technique.

Intermediate Mat
Our Intermediate Mat Pilates Classes are designed to challenge your abilities by taking you out of your comfort zone and deploying more advanced exercise techniques including a variety of props. Recommended for clients who are experienced in pilates or are simply after a challenging workout.

Mums and Bubs Pilates
Our Mums and Bubs Mat class is a low-impact class specifically designed to help new mothers take a real step towards re-building strength, pelvic stability, core strength, flexibility and self-confidence.
New mums get to meet other new mums and share their new and beautiful experiences together, all while having the peace of mind that their bubs are in the class with them to share the experience.

Pregnancy Pilates
We offer both Mat and Reformer Pregnancy Pilates classes. Our pregnancy class is low-impact, focuses on exercises to mobilise the spine, maintain correct pelvic alignment and maintain a healthy body balance throughout your pregnancy.
This class, being exclusively for mums-to-be, will be a great forum to meet and share your experiences with other mums-to-be while finding a place to exercise and relax on your exciting journey.

Private/Semi-Private Lessons
Our Private/Semi-Private Lessons provide the ultimate bespoke Pilates experience for clients of any level of experience. These lessons are run by highly experienced and trusted instructors and are tailored entirely to your needs, abilities and objectives.
We offer our Private/Semi-Private Lessons 1:1 or 1:2 at a time in order to maximise the individual focus and attentiveness of each class.

Kids Holiday Program
Kids Yoga is a form of yoga that is designed specifically for children. Our aim is to create a fun, safe and full of imagination environment for the kids to express their thoughts, emotions, and ideas. We use music, dance and games to teach kids yoga poses. Our focus is for kids to have fun with poses and not achieve the perfect pose.
Kids yoga helps strengthen their growing bodies, improve flexibility and coordination, which can reduce their chance of injury.
