HIIT Fit
HIIT Fit is a high-intensity interval training class that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with periods of active recovery. This format is designed to maximize your workout’s effectiveness in a short amount of time

Strength & Conditioning
This high-intensity class combines resistance training with cardiovascular exercises to improve overall fitness and performance. You’ll work all major muscle groups using free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises. It is fun, challenging and offers a wide range of benefits for both physical and mental well-being.

Cardio Kickboxing

Yin Yoga
Yin is a gentle practice that is slow and quiet. We focus on holding postures for an extended period (often 2-5 minutes). This allows for deep stretching of the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction. It is often practiced in a more meditative setting.
