Our Arc class focuses on spinal articulation, enhancing coordination & balance, creating breath awareness, deep abdominal strength, alleviating back pain, improving posture, flexibility and spinal alignment. You will leave the class feeling taller, stronger and more energised.
Our Arc classes are designed to be open level, meaning all you need is to have a basic understanding of pilates movement and exercises, but Arc is also ideal for more experienced practitioners! Arc adds great variety and challenge to your mat repertoire.
